Booking Terms and Conditions – Bubble Soccer
Code of Conduct
It is the responsibility of all participants to conduct themselves in a way that is respectful and considerate to other participants, members, opposing teams, spectators, the convener, the referee, and any other people concerned.
Any behavior, act or language that is considered inappropriate by the officials (referee or the convenor) will not be tolerated. Poor/dangerous conduct determined by Sparrow Sports may result in exclusion from use of equipment and possible cancellation of hire without refund.
There is no medical services or insurance provided before during or after the event of Bubble Soccer.
In the event that a person require medical attention or medical attention is called the participant will assume all costs and liability for such services and will not seek reimbursement from Sparrow Sports and all offices & employees.
I will not be permitted to use the Equipment while consuming any alcohol or drugs or having recently consumed any alcohol or drugs, at the discretion of Sparrow Sports. In any such case, I will not be entitled to any refund.
I/we understand that the land and property that Sparrow Sports uses to conduct its activities may not be owned or vetted by Sparrow Sports, and that because Sparrow Sports may not be familiar with any dangerous conditions, it has no duty to warn you.
At the sole discretion of Sparrow Sports, the Equipment will not be used in adverse weather conditions. Bubble Soccer / Sparrow Sports reserves the right to charge me a cleanup fee, at its sole discretion, if I soil the Equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
The Equipment may not be suitable for persons of certain heights or weights. Sparrow Sports reserves the right to deny use of the Equipment to any person who may not safely fit into or use the Equipment.
I have read the Sparrow Sports Risk assessment & Code of Conduct and agree to abide by all that stated therein.
I hereby grant permission to Sparrow Sports to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, data or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration, permission or knowledge.
I do not have any mental, physical, or any other health conditions that may make my participation in activities using the Equipment inadvisable or dangerous and participate at my own risk.
Responsibility
Bubble Soccer Hire Sparrow Sports & Star Sports Pty Ltd – who may run the Bubble Soccer Games and its owners, employees, , coaches, staff, partners, etc.) rents and provides use of Bubble Ball suits & accessories (“Equipment”), under the brand name Sparrow Sports. This equipment consists of life size, inflatable, plastic balls that fit over one’s body (for Bubble Soccer Events) and accessories such as but not limited to hurdles, agility poles, pumps, soccer balls, soccer goals. Users then bump into other users for fun with the Bubble Balls & accessories (“Intended Use”). Soccer is the usual activity played while wearing the Bubble balls however games such as last man standing, and general play are permitted.
I/We acknowledge that the activities I participate in using the Bubble balls & accessories are potentially dangerous and that I could be injured or seriously hurt, but I accept them anyway and assume all risks broadly associated with such activities and Equipment (including, but not limited to, the inherent dangers of the Equipment and activities, the negligence or intentional acts of any person including myself, inadequate wearing apparel, dangerous ground conditions, natural causes, and all other causes of injury, damage, or loss).
If I/We am injured or receive property damage or loss, I will not make any claim or demand against Sparrow Sports or the venue for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, any claim or demand arising as a result of any action, default, commission or negligence of Sparrow Sports or Employees / coaches, and to the fullest extent permitted by law the Participant accepts that Sparrow Sports or the Venue will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of participation in the event / activity. The Participants must comply with all laws in force for the time being and must indemnify and keep Sparrow Sports and all Employees / Coaches indemnified against any claim or demand arising out of a breach or alleged breach of any law by a Participant. I will also indemnify (reimburse) Sparrow Sports if any other person makes a claim against it for anything I did.
I/We will be responsible for using the Equipment provided for its Intended Use and only under the instruction and direction of Sparrow Sports. I agree to abide by all instructions at all times or I may be removed from such activities without a refund. If I use the Equipment in any activities not directly associated with its Intended Use or not under the instruction of Sparrow Sports, I will be fully responsible for any damage or loss that may occur to the equipment, at the discretion of Sparrow Sports, and I agree to reimburse Sparrow Sports for damages incurred.
Payment
All bookings are not confirmed until a $200 deposit (If requested) has been paid.
By submitting a form, you are making an enquiry/booking / entering into the contract and agreeing the terms and conditions and we will be in contact to confirm whether we have capacity to supply the package requested.
Final payment/Balance remaining is due on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
Late fee of 1% on the total balance is due Every week.
Cancelation Fee $200 up to the day before the event
